KKS CONSULTING also draws on a diverse network of established local, regional and international associates, including; architects, civil, structural, geotechnical, electrical and mechanical engineers, geologists, land surveyors, quantity surveyors, town planners, real estate advisors, and environmental compliance and remediation specialists who we have developed close working relationships with over the years.
Our Management Team
Kevin Seale is the managing partner and director of Subsurface. Kevin brings to bear more than 25 years experience in private consulting practice as a project manager, hydro-geologist, and project engineer specific to the petroleum sector, real estate and land development planning, and civil/environmental engineering which included construction management and undertaking technical and field studies. Kevin has provided regional project management, construction management and engineering support services in the past 23 years. In addition to supervising environmental assessments, and property remediation projects throughout the English, Dutch, and French speaking Caribbean, Central and South America.
Kevin completed his undergraduate degree with a concentration in Geotechnical Sciences at Carleton University in Ottawa Canada and attended graduate school MSc. Hydrogeology at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow Scotland UK. He is currently the Chairman of the Scotland District Soil Conservation Board (Barbados) since 1st August 2019, and Executive Committee Member of the District Emergency Organization – DEO St. Philip South (Barbados), 26th June 2019 to Present. He is also currently Vice Chairman of the St. Gabriel’s School Management Inc., and Chairman of the Building Committee.
